At Stella & Dot, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion jewelry and accessories. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original Stella & Dot packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
